Thank you for helping keep our club strong and affordable for everyone!.
Please be sure to sign in on the volunteer sheet, which is located at the moto shed. For some events, we’ll also use SignUp Genius (the link will be emailed to you in advance). This helps us accurately log your volunteer hours.
Volunteer sheets will be available at all Open Track days and Work Bees for sign-in and sign-out.
Remember, friends and family are also able to volunteer on behalf of your family; please ensure they sign in/out too and put the appropriate rider’s name on the sheet.
In order to complete your Red Deer BMX membership, we require one $250 cheque post dated to Sept. 1, 2026 along with the email you received confirming your registration. If you do not fulfill your volunteer requirements we will cash your cheque at the end of the season. Cheques will be destroyed once obligations have been met.
*Volunteer early to ensure you are not short on hours*
Not sure how many hours you have accumulated or want to doublecheck our numbers against what you have tracked? Email redeerbmxclub@gmail.com and we can help you out.
We appreciate the time and effort all our families put into their club. Without your dedication Red Deer BMX would not be possible.
If you know in the beginning of the season you wish not to fulfill the above please let us know and we will ask for an earlier date on your cheques.
