We Love Our Dedicated Volunteers!

2024 Membership Requirement: (per family)​

VOLUNTEER FOR A MINIMUM OF 20 HOURS ON THE TRACK DURING RACE NIGHTS OR WORK BEES

Race Night Volunteer Sign Up Sheets are posted on the white Moto Board.

In order to complete your Red Deer BMX membership, we require 2 cheque post dated Sept. 30, 2024 along with your rider registration package which includes contact information & signed rider/parent codes of conduct.

Volunteer Requirements:

Sign up to volunteer at one event (Pub Night, BMX Day, Aurora race, Casino, etc)

plus

Donate one raffle item ($50 value) to our Pub Night (April 26th) or Provincial

plus

A minimum of one shift at our Provincial (August 23-25, 2024)

Make sure you put your name down on the volunteer sheet so we can log them. Sign-ups will be available onsite the evening of races.

Only in the event you do not meet these requirements will we cash your cheque at the end of the season. Cheques will be destroyed once obligations have been met.

We appreciate the time and effort all our families put into their club. Without your dedication Red Deer BMX would not be possible!

If you know in the beginning of the season you wish not to fulfill the above please let us know and we will ask for an earlier date on your cheques.

Are an additional cost per rider due at the time of event registration.
Camps will be posted as they are scheduled.
