We’ll be racing in Red Deer on Thursdays this year! Please register prior to 6:15pm on the day of via this link

at the Moto Shed between 5:45 and 6:15pm

*a minimum of 20 racers are needed in order to run qualified District Races. If we have less than this registered we may offer “fun” races and more open track instead.

Join us for a full afternoon of riding, food, awards, and planning for next season:

  • 12:00 PM: Track Opens for Open Track

  • 1:00 PM: Potluck BBQ (Please sign up here so we can coordinate food and avoid duplicates!)

  • 2:00 PM: Year-End Awards Ceremony for all 2026 members

  • 3:00 PM: Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Board Elections

🗳️ We Need You! Open Board & Volunteer Positions

To keep our track operating smoothly, we have several positions opening up at this year’s AGM. Most are 2-year terms, with a few 1-year terms available due to past vacancies.

All board members share core operational duties (such as opening/closing the track for race and training nights on a rotating basis). While serving on the board does require extra time, it is an incredibly rewarding team to be a part of and a fantastic way to give back to our riders!

2-Year Board Terms:

  • President

  • Treasurer (QuickBooks knowledge is an asset)

  • Fundraising Coordinator

  • Grounds Keeper

  • Track Operator

  • Training Coordinator

1- year Board Terms:

  • Track Maintenance

  • Promotions

Non-Board Support Roles:

  • First Aid Coordinator

  • Head Track Official

  • Volunteer Coordinator(s)
